    After the issuance of the decree appointing the fund’s board of directors and its general manager in 2010, work began seriously to achieve the fund’s objectives stipulated in the decrees of its establishment in a professional and ethical manner, with integrity and transparency. In cooperation with the fund's boards of directors, we implemented the decrees and laws regulating the fund's work, and then appointed new employees and organized the work according to appropriate and effective mechanisms for follow-up and evaluation. Thus, the fund has been placed on the path of institutional work and the main elements of the concept of governance in public administration have been attained, which in turns led to the regularity of work and the achievement of quality and excellence in performance after more than 10 years in the administration, including excellent relations with all the mayors of Lebanon and other relevant parties.

       We have been eager to apply the principle of transparency in work through the automation of the fund’s internal operations and transactions, and also through the fulfillment of the fund’s website to put all citizens and the mayors especially in the latest developments of the fund and its activities, and to inform them of the progress of its work, as well as through the development of systems, standards and steps that facilitate the mayors’ benefit of the fund and achieving the goals for which it was established.

        As on the first day of our work, we always aspire to advance the administration and develop its work more and more in the coming years, especially through new projects that will be presented to the mayors in Lebanon, as well as to more development in the internal administrative work by modernizing the existing systems to keep pace with the development in the field of administrative work.
